Client is solely responsible for creating and implementing his/her/their own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions, and results arising out of or resulting from the coaching relationship and his/her coaching calls and interactions with Lucia Modesto. As such, the Client agrees that Lucia Modesto is not and will not be liable or responsible for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by  Lucia Modesto. Client understands coaching is not therapy and does not substitute for therapy if needed, and does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease.

Coaching is a partnership (defined as an alliance, not a legal business partnership) between the Coach (Lucia Modesto) and the Client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximize personal and professional potential. It is designed to facilitate the exploration of the subconscious mind for deep inner reflection and healing. (Please note healing in this context is defined as: the process of making or becoming sound or healthy again.)

Group Work | Workshops | Events

By booking, attending or participating in a session with Lucia Modesto, including viewing this website, you agree to fully release, indemnify, and hold harmless, Lucia Modesto and others associated with her, from any claim or liability whatsoever.

By attending group work, workshops, sound baths or events you are demonstrating that you are in good physical health and of sound mind, and do not suffer from any condition that would hinder your participation in any activity with Lucia Modesto | LMN Advisory, LLC (Lucia Luminate). You understand that your participation in all offerings held by Lucia Modesto | LMN Advisory, LLC (Lucia Luminate), her colleagues, contractors, and/or employees are strictly for entertainment purposes, personal growth, or spiritual development and you understand that any personal medical concerns are managed by you under the care of a medical professional.

Your participation in all activities and offerings is confirmation that you are fully responsible for any and all risks, injuries or damages known or unknown without limitation. You assume all responsibilities and obligations with respect to any decisions, advice, conclusions or recommendations made or given during an activity or offering, including without limitation, any decision made or action taken by you in reliance on Lucia Modesto.

All information provided in connection with the activities or offerings is intended for educational and inspirational purposes only, for a general audience, and not as specific advice intended for an individual or business. None of the information provided in connection with the services shall be construed to constitute medical, psychological, financial, legal, or other professional advice. Refunds, Rescheduling, and Cancelations for Groups and Events:

Lucia Modesto | LMN Advisory, LLC (Lucia Luminate) respects & appreciates our customers and their rights. We endeavor to act quickly to remedy any product and service issues, to ensure customer satisfaction.

Lucia Modesto | LMN Advisory, LLC (Lucia Luminate) will take the time to understand your grievance or problem encountered with the product or service, and put measures in place to prevent future reoccurrence.

• Any remaining payment due must be paid at least 48 hours before your event begins.

• 1 free reschedule is allowed providing at least 7 days notice is given

• Reschedules with 48 hours to 6 days notice incur a $100 rescheduling fee. Reschedules made 24-48 hours notice incur a $200 rescheduling fee.

• Reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours notice will not be honored and no refunds or credits given.

• If you cannot make your event you are welcome to give or sell your session to someone else or another group

• All payments are final, no refunds. Reschedules allowed as stated above.

• Price is subject to change depending on the circumstances of your event

• Events scheduled with little notice or during holiday times are subject to higher rates

• All policies apply regardless of individual circumstances (including Covid related issues, illnesses, accidents, and other unforeseen circumstances)

Service Refunds Policy for 1:1 Private sessions:

Lucia Modesto | LMN Advisory, LLC (Lucia Luminate) offers a cancelation option for services, in accordance with ACCC.

A refund or change of service may be issued if the cancelation or change of service is made 48 hours prior to the appointed time of service.

However, if you are late or miss an appointment a refund will not be issued for the service.

Lucia Modesto | LMN Advisory, LLC (Lucia Luminate) is not required to provide a refund if you change your mind about the services you engaged.

You can’t cancel a service or contract or get a refund if the problem was outside the control of the provider, or if you:

• changed your mind

• insisted on having a service provided in a particular way, against the provider’s advice

• failed to clearly explain your needs to the provider.

However, you have the right to cancel a service or contract when:

• you were provided with an unacceptable level of care and skill

• the service was unfit for the purpose you asked for

• the service was not delivered within a reasonable time, if there was no agreed end date.

Please keep your proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, etc) as it will be required to process your refund or replacement.

Complaint Resolution

Lucia Modesto | LMN Advisory, LLC (Lucia Luminate) will respond to your complaints immediately, in a polite and friendly way.

To remedy the problem Lucia Modesto | LMN Advisory, LLC (Lucia Luminate) will:

• Listen to complaints.

• Thank you for bringing the matter to our attention.

• Apologize & take ownership where necessary.

• Record details of the complaint and understand exactly what the problem was.

• Discuss options for resolving the problem.

• Ask you what response you are seeking; repair, replacement, reschedule, refund or apology.

• Decide if the request is reasonable, and aim to negotiate an amicable resolution.

• Present a solution within 7 days.

• Give you 30 days in which to respond and accept the solution offered.

• Keep you informed of the process, i.e., if there are any delays in resolving your request.

• Follow up with you on solution offered.
