Sound Bath Meditations are guided listening meditations with a variety of instruments designed for optimal release, grounding, and balance. Instruments include Alchemy gem and quartz crystal singing bowls, Himalayan metal singing bowls, hand pans, monochords, and other resonant drone instruments. Participants experience deep states of rest and release to balance the autonomic nervous system.
