BEN BROWN
Ben Brown is a sound practitioner, visual artist, and bodyworker. He seeks the intersection of mediums that provide a haven from social-emotional isolation and support our adaptive capabilities to self-soothe and heal. Much of his work comes from the impulse to create more space in the nervous system and body through vibrational frequencies that connect us to our ancestral wisdom and being.
Ben facilitates live and virtual sound experiences. He is the co-creator of HOME and E L I X I R, two monthly sound practices and provided sound experience at Columbia Teacher’s College, Innisfree Garden, You Can Thrive, Dharmakaya, and Lululemon.
Lucia Luminate
Lucia serves leaders and change-makers by harnessing the scientific and spiritual properties of sound, facilitating adaptive leadership practices, and human-centered design to help them heal through trauma, transform limiting beliefs, and receive mental clarity.
As a Sound Healing Practitioner and Leadership Coach, Lucia combines her unique experiences to tackle transforming the systems in our country through adaptive leaders who know that in order to change the world, they must change within themselves. Lucia offers private sessions virtually with clients all over the globe and offers private in-person sessions at UpSoul Center in NYC.
