These are all themes we will be exploring in community each month as we get closer to peeling back the layers of the conditioned self to expose the soul.

This is a FREE two hour experience where I will start off our time together with a grounding mediation.
We will explore the theme of commitment, who, what and where we are committed to.
Does this align with our souls purpose?
Does this align with our higher self or does it serve the part of ourselves that we feel is not enough.
There will be journal prompts provided to help us ponder what commitment means to us and how it shows up in our day to day life?
There will be time for everyone to share if they feel called to and we will end with a short mediation to seal our practice.
